USDA Forecasts Boost in US Pork supplies and Strong Export Demand
USDA has forecast a 4% increase in US pork supply in 2024 / 2025 and a 7% increase in US pork exports in 2025.

Based on USDA data and past price trends, December 2024 lean hog futures would be expected to trade between $60 and $73 per Cwt. during the late summer-autumn period. USDA has forecast a modest decline in farm level hog prices in the fall of 2024 and in calendar year 2025.
